Kufta with Layered Tomatoes
Ingredients:
Meat
2 pounds of ground 93% or more beef (you can use lamb as well)
Produce
6 big tomatoes
1 parsley bunch
Oils and Vinegars
Extra version olive oil
Baking and Spices
½ tsp black pepper, ground
1 tsp salt
½ tsp whole spice, ground
¼ tsp cloves, ground
¼ tsp cardamom, ground
How to make it:

Finely chop the parcely and onion, mix with the ground beef and add the salt, pepper and wholespice. Spread it in a Pyrex.

Slice the tomatoes, add salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil and then layer them on top of the meat.

Put in the oven at 450 degrees for 45 minutes.

Extras:

Instead of layered tomatoe, you can chop potatoes, eggplants, zuchinni, onion and tomatoes.
