Salad:
Fattoush
Fattoush Salad
Ingredients:
Produce
1 small lettuce
1 cup of parsley
½ cup of fresh mint
½ cup of arugula
2 medium tomatoes
2 persian cucumber
1 small white onion
1 red pepper (or any other color)
5 small pieces of radish
2 lemons
Oils and Vinegars
Extra version olive oil
Bread
Syrian bread (or pita bread)
Baking and Spices
¼ tsp black pepper, ground
½ tsp salt
½ tbsp of dried thyme
1 ½ tsp of Sumaq, plus more if needed

How to make it:

Cut all the vegetables listed above in a square small size.

Cut the bread in small square pieces and either fry them of bake them.

For the dressing, mix the lemon juice and extra version olive oil and pour on the salad.

To prepare the salad, combine the vegetables and the dressing in a big bowl, season with all the spices, add the dressing, then top off with the fried or baked bread.
