Dip/Salad:

Radish with Tahini Sauce Dip/Salad

 

Ingredients:

 

Produce

15 pieces of radish

¼ cup of fresh mint

1 medium tomato

1 clove of garlic

1 lemon

Condiments

¼ cup of tahini sauce

Oils and Vinegars

Extra version olive oil

Baking and Spices

¼ tsp black pepper, ground

¼ tsp salt

 

How to make it:

  • Use a slicer to finely shred all of the radish. Finely chop the tomato and mint.

  • For the dressing, mash the garlic, add the lemon, the extra virgin olive oil, and tahini sauce.

  • To prepare the salad, combine the vegetables and the dressing in a big bowl, season with all the spices.
