Potatoe Balls
Ingredients:
Produce
3 big potatoes
6 cloves of garlic
Oils and Vinegars
Extra version olive oil
Baking and Spices
¼ tsp black pepper, ground
1tsp salt
¼ tsp whole spice, ground
¼ tsp cloves, ground
¼ tsp cardamom, ground
¼ cup of Italian breadcrumbs
How to make it:

Sautee the 6 cloves of garlic with extra version olive oil until lightly browned, then add the potatoes for a couple of minutes, then add 3 cups of water and some salt and let it boil for 30 minutes or until soften.

Mash the potatoes, and let cool for 30 minutes. Take a small portion in your hand and make a small ball, add breadcrumbs, set aside, and continue until you are done.

Put in the oven at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
