Appetizer:
Onion Soup
Onion Soup with Dried Oregano
Ingredients:
Produce
6 big white or yellow onions
10 cloves of garlic
1 onion
Condiments
A dash of Worcestershire sauce
Breads
½ cup of croutons
Dairy
1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese
Oils and Vinegars
Extra version olive oil
Baking and Spices
¼ tsp black pepper, ground
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp whole spice, ground
¼ tsp cloves, ground
½ tsp dried oregano
1 bouillon chicken cubes
How to make it:

Sauté the chopped garlic and onion over low heat until tender (do not brown) with extra version olive oil.

Add four cups of water, season with salt, pepper, whole spice, ground gloves, oregano and a dash of Worcestershire sauce, and let boil for 30 minutes.

Fill ovenproof bowls with the soup, add crouton and cheese.

Place under the broiler under cheese is bubbly.
