Appetizer:
Mushroom Bruchetta
Mushroom Bruchetta
Ingredients:
Produce
15 pieces of button mushroom (or canned mushroom)
1 onion
Bread
1 Italian bread (slices thin)
Dairy
½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
Condiment
2 tbsp of mayonnaise
Baking and Spices
¼ tsp black pepper, ground
½ tsp salt
How to make it:

Finely chop the onions and the mushroom, add the mayonese, then season with salt and pepper.

Evenly distribute over the thin slices of bread, then add cheese on top of each bruchetta.

Put in the oven at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
