Appetizer:

Mushroom Bruchetta

Mushroom Bruchetta

 

Ingredients:

 

Produce

15 pieces of button mushroom (or canned mushroom) 

1 onion

Bread

1 Italian bread (slices thin)

Dairy

½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

Condiment

2 tbsp of mayonnaise

Baking and Spices

¼ tsp black pepper, ground

½ tsp salt

 

How to make it:

  • Finely chop the onions and the mushroom, add the mayonese, then season with salt and pepper.

  • Evenly distribute over the thin slices of bread, then add cheese on top of each bruchetta.

  • Put in the oven at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
