A cream cheese alternative made from strained yogurt. It is easy to make and low in calories.
1 plain yogurt ( i buy either dannon or market basket brand)
Oils and Vinegars
Extra version olive oil
Baking and Spices
¼ tsp salt
How to make it:
In a small strainer, add paper towel to the bottom, and add the yogurt in.
Let is strain all the liquid for 48 hours at room temperature, then transfer (as is) into the fridge for another 48 hours.
Rremove from the strainer and add in a glass tupperware, cover with salt and olive oil to prevent it from going bad.
