Green Beans with Tomatoes and Onion
1 big tomato
3 clove of garlic
1 small white onion
2 lb green beans
Oils and Vinegars
Extra version olive oil
Baking and Spices
¼ tsp black pepper, ground
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp whole spice, ground
How to make it:
Trim the ends on the green beans and cut them in half, then set aside.
In a deep sauce pan, add the extra version olive oil under medium heat.
Slice the garlic, chop the onion and add it to the oil for a couple of minutes or until golden brown.
Add the green beans along with the chopped tomatoes to the garlic and onion and sauté for few minutes (you may need a little bit of water).
Season with salt, pepper and whole spice and cover the pan for 15 minutes, or until the green beans are soft and fully cooked. Serve and enjoy!
