Appetizer: Eggs and Potatoes

Eggs and Potatoes





1 medium potatoes 

3 cloves of garlic


3 eggs

Oils and Vinegars

Extra version olive oil

Baking and Spices

¼ tsp black pepper, ground

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp whole spice, ground



How to make it:

  • Thinly slice the garlic and place in a pan with extra version olive oil and sautee until lightly brown.

  • Meanwhile, peel the potatoe and cut in small squares. Add on top on the garlic, and season with salt, pepper and whole spice.

  • When it softens, breaks the egss and add extra salt and whole spice.

  • You can cover or keep it open (depends on how you like your eggs).
