Regardless of the name, it's a must try traditional Egyptian meal, you can eat it as a vegetarian meal, or you can add chicken.
Ingredients:
Meat
2 boneless skinless chicken thighs (optional)

In a medium deep size pot, chop the garlic, the coriander along with the oil over heat, until lightly browned. Add 2 cups of water and bring it boil.

Add the frozen Molokhia (jew mallow) to the water, add salt and pepper and let it simmer for 20 minutes. 2 minutes before you turn off the heat, add a juice of 1 lemon.
-
Rub the chicken this in salt, pepper, whole spice, ground cinnamon, ground gloves, tumeric and ground cardamom, then sauté in a pot with extra virgin olive oil for few minutes, then cover with water with all whole spices and let simmer for 30 minutes, or fully cooked.

On the side, you can make rice. I normally add more lemon once I'm ready to eat with some hot pepper.
