Chicken Shawarma

Ingredients:

Meat
1 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 boneless skinless chicken thighs
Produce
2 tomatoes
½ lettuce
10 gloves of garlic
Condiments
2 tbsp of light mayonnaise
2 pickled cucumbers
Oils and Vinegars
1 tsp of vegetables oil
Baking and Spices
½ tsp black pepper, ground
½ tsp salt
½ tsp whole spice, ground
½ tsp cloves, ground
½ tsp cardamom, ground
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp tumeric
1 Whole cinnamon
4 Whole gloves
3 Whole cardamom
How to make it:

Rub the chicken this in salt, pepper, whole spice, ground cinnamon, ground gloves, tumeric and ground cardamom, then sauté in a pot with extra virgin olive oil for few minutes, then cover with water with all whole spices and let simmer for 30 minutes, or until fully cooked.

Once the chicken is warm, cut in equal length sizes and set aside.

To make the garlic sauce: user a garlic pressure to mash all garlic, add the mayonnaise, vegetables oil, and a little bit of salt.

To make the sandwich: in a pita bread, add the garlic sauce, then chicken, followed by the vegetable fixings, roll up and enjoy!
