(Fried garlic tomatoes)





4 big ripe tomatoes

3 cloves of garlic

Oils and Vinegars

Extra version olive oil

Baking and Spices

¼ tsp black pepper, ground

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp whole spice, ground


How to make it:

  • In a deep and wide sauce pan, add the extra version olive oil under medium heat.

  • Slice the garlic and add it to the oil for a couple of minutes or until golden brown. Slice the tomatoes and add them on top of the garlic.

  • Season with salt, pepper and whole spice and cover the pan for 10 minutes, or until the tomatoes are soft and fully cooked. Serve and enjoy with Syriana bread or crackers !
